Wanted [Blu-ray]

Wanted [Blu-ray] !! Der HAMMER Film !! – multimax69 –

** PEACE**
Rasantes Actionspectakel – Bernd Hammes – Düsseldorf
James McAvoy als Actionheld-Azubi unter den Fittichen von Angelina Jolie ? Tatsächlich, das funktioniert ausgezeichnet.

Regisseur Timur Bekmambetov brennt in

Letztere tun mir Leid.

Wer zwei Stunden lang abschalten will ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Thomas Reuthebuch

Notes From a Planet

Brings me back to Earth – G. L. Frost – Portland, OR
I was surprised when I first played the CD as I could not hear it. My first thought was, this is a bad CD, then I fliped the CD case over and read the write up. I had indeed tuned out the sounds of nature. I now hear the sounds of he birds, insects, frogs and flowing water not only on this CD but around my home once again. I am delighted. It gives a wonderful interlude into our very noisey busy lives.
Notes From a Planet: : Deuter is a seminal new age musician, active for over 30 years. Also a Reiki practitioner, he lives and works in the mountains of Santa Fe, creating the contemplative, healing music for which he has become renowned. Through feeling, awareness, and experience, constantly inspired by the natural world around him, Deuter creates music that transports the listener to a place of peacefulness and well-being. He continues to earn and master an ever-expanding array of instruments including the drums, shakuhachi, cello, koto, sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, santoor, bouzouki, and keyboards.

The sounds of birds, waters, or winds are often no longer perceived consciously. We have become so accustomed to them that they have faded into oblivion, or are covered up by manmade noises. By attending to nature sounds, we lift them back up into our awareness and allow them to have a harmonizing effect on our organism. And, since nature’s music has no beginning or end, it easily creates a sense of timelessness. – read more.

What Is Residual Income And How Do You Earn This?

2nd August 2010 by euroremember No Comments

Did you know you can earn a very healthy residual income through the Internet without really investing any money? Yes, there are many methods in which you could harness the Internet to literally work for you. It does involve hard work initially and a lot of time and effort; however, where else can you set up a business with literally zero investment? While reading this you might be thinking that this is something only those who are proficient at computers and the Internet could do. You are mistaken, actually anyone can succeed with online business whether they are internet wizards or plain novices.

Three methods are briefly discussed in this article, but you need to know that there are plenty more out there waiting to be discovered and implemented. If you want to earn online without investing any money, you can do so provided you are ready to work hard to see it happen. You also need to be patient enough to keep at it until it succeeds. Lastly you need to be a fast learner. The first and most widespread method to earn a steady residual income is by joining a reputed affiliate program.

An affiliate program is a marketing system where you gear yourself to sell somebody’s product for a commission which is paid from their profits. If you already have a website, choose an affiliate program that is closely connected to your website as this would make it easy for you to sell that product and thereby earn you a continuous residual income. For example, if your website is about anti-aging home recipes it would be good if you join an affiliate that sells say, collagen creams or wrinkle erasers. If you chose to promote pet food, it would be tough on you to generate sales through your anti-aging website because you don’t know if these people even have a dog. You need to have targeted traffic.

With affiliate programs every time you make a sale, you earn a commission. If you work hard and fill your site with quality content, market your website correctly, then you should be able to attract quality and targeted traffic. This would translate into sales, which in turn would generate your residual income.

Another great way of earning a steady residual income is by selling info-products in digital format which can be downloaded by the buyer. You need to ensure that your product offers highly valued information for which the seller would be happy to pay. Making an info-product requires an one-time investment of your time and effort and once it is finalized you could sell as many copies as you would like without incurring any extra costs.

The third method of earning a residual income is using Google AdSense ads on your website. While this will not make you a great income right away, with time and traffic you would be able to generate a steady income just for renting your space to Google ads. You won’t get rich through this last method, but you would definitely have something you can count upon at the end of the month, provided your traffic is significant.

As you can see, Internet can help you earn money with no down cash payment. Is that not an amazing opportunity?

Business Ethics and Unethical Practices

31st July 2010 by euroremember No Comments

The study of business ethics and its implications for different stakeholders have seen tremendous growth in the past few decades. There has also been a rise in the use and development of codes of ethics and announcements for ethical practices by many firms; however companies are still criticized for their unethical practices at different levels (Papers4you.com, 2006). Business ethics, according to the literature has been entrenched with the philosophical details of Ethics (Trevino & Nelson, 1999). Ethics has been defined as ‘the activity of examining the moral standards of a society, and asking how these standards apply to ones life and whether these standards are reasonable’ (Velasquez, 1998; p. 11).

The literature on business ethics is divided on its views about the motivation and reason for businesses to have an ethical dimension. Drawing upon Harrison (2001), there are two major schools of thoughts, firstly those who suggest that firms are profit generating institutions and therefore business ethics is yet another way to attract customers, secondly those who support corporate conscience and intrinsic motivation for the adoption of business ethics.

Business ethics has been considered very subjective in nature and according to Paul (2001) is considered a function of time and culture. It has been established that with the passage of time business ethics have evolved and also that the cultural values and norms drive business ethics within national and regional boundaries. One of the major studies regarding the national values has been conducted by Hofstede (1983). According to this research, which was only based on four indicators i.e. individualism, power distance, uncertainty avoidance and masculinity, there is a great deal of differences among values across different nations and consequently the business ethics. Globalization combined with standardization has made businesses financially efficient but at the same time poses questions regarding the standardized codes of business ethics across national boundaries.

Vinten (1991) has divided the business ethical issues at different levels i.e. international business, domestic business and professional ethics. At the international level ethical issues include free-masonry and socialism versus capitalism; at domestic level these include religious dimensions, social marketing and ethical education; and lastly at the individual level these include bribery, corruption and data protection (Papers4you.com, 2006).

There are many reasons and criticisms for the failure of adoption of ethics in the business world. Firstly, the concept is considered to be overly theoretical and it also negates the basic purpose of any business i.e. to create shareholder’s wealth. Secondly, it has lack of direction and unanimity across different cultures and academic groups. Lastly, it has many inherent unresolved dichotomies that according to Sternberg (1994) make it a case of rejected relativism.

This is a great movie – fab script, esp the grandfather’s character part. Pleeaase, folks, open your USA minds and realize that the “F-bomb” is just another every-day adjective for the working folks in the Australian culture… It’s all about the art…it’s all good.

O’LACHLAN,ALEX: A delightfully winning comedy, Oyster Farmer is the story of Jack Flange, an enterprising young man, who robs a fish market and mails the cash to a secluded close-knit community of oyster farmers. When the parcel goes missing, and the police start coming around, he suspects the precious package was found by one of his neighbors, a local beauty named Pearl, to whom he becomes irresistibly attracted. Filmed along Australia’s breathtakingly beautiful Hawkesbury River, Anna Reeves’ deliciously surprising Oyster Farmer is a comedy about love, community and freshly-shucked oysters.
